A modern beverage brand built for expansion
After, developed under Oasis, is a next-generation beverage brand positioned for regional and global growth. Park Block designed the full go-to-market strategy, including business modeling, pricing architecture, retail strategy, and marketing roadmap. We also structured distribution frameworks for key Latin American markets—defining distributor profiles, trade marketing systems, A&P allocations, and brand activation toolkits. The result: a scalable and investor-ready blueprint for international rollout.

Park Block led the creation of a complete distribution strategy in Puerto Rico, a detailed financial model, and a full marketing plan covering positioning, messaging, channels, and KPIs.

In addition, we built an export roadmap to bring the brand to U.S. Hispanic markets—defining distributor criteria, logistics flow, pricing strategy, regulatory validation, and phased expansion across the US.
